Privacy Policy – On This Day

Operator: Just Luck LLC (“we”, “us”) provides the mobile application On This Day (“Un Día Como Hoy” / “On This Day”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

1. Information the app uses

Location (optional): If you grant permission, we use your approximate location to show historical events for your region or country. We do not store a history of your location.
Notifications: If you enable daily reminders, we use a device push token so Firebase (Google) and Apple (APNs) can deliver notifications, subject to their policies.
Advertising identifiers and device data (non‑Premium users): If ads are shown, Google AdMob and, when mediation is enabled, partner ad networks may process advertising identifiers (e.g. GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS when available), device type, language, app version, IP address (often approximate), and ad interaction data for serving and measuring ads and for fraud prevention.
Diagnostics: We may use Firebase services (e.g. Analytics or Crashlytics) in line with our configuration to understand stability and aggregated usage.

2. Accounts

On This Day does not require you to create a user account in the app. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Advertising and third‑party networks

For users who are not on an ad‑free experience, ads may be served through Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may use mediation or other integrations; depending on active configuration, ads may be served or measured by partners such as AppLovin Corporation (e.g. AppLovin MAX) and Unity Technologies (Unity Ads), in addition to other networks supported by Google’s platform.

3.1 Consent synchronization across apps (AdMob)

If Just Luck LLC enables consent synchronization in Google AdMob, user choices for European regulations messages may be coordinated across apps in the same consent group configured in the AdMob console. Apps that may be part of that portfolio include:

The exact membership of the group is defined in AdMob; this policy lists publisher apps that may share that mechanism when it is enabled.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share your optional location with third parties for their independent marketing. Notification data is used to send the reminder you configure in the app.

5. Third‑party services

The app relies on services including:

6. Children’s privacy
